- STEP 1: Go to steam -> library -> counter-strike -> properties -> launch options: -nofbo
- STEP 2: in properties, is also a tab "Local files" go to it and click verify integrity of game cache.
- STEP 3: while ingame go to video settings and remove vsync (via the console its gl_vsync 0)
